Spiritual direction is an ancient ministry of the church. This spiritual companionship takes place one on one, or in group settings. Spiritual Directors participate in thorough training and become certified in this ancient practice of helping others in deepening their relationship with God.

Spiritual direction is appropriate at any stage of the spiritual journey, from seekers to life-long believers.
